Clinical case 1922

The 57 year old patient came to the clinic for both aesthetic and functional aspects. His wish was not only to change his old prostheses, but also to get a Hollywood smile. Since the old prostheses did not preserve the teeth that well, a complex treatment plan was required, a plan which implied root canal retreatments, teeth extractions, bone augmentation, sinus lift and the placement of no less than 14 dental implants.

The patient chose the ideal version of the treatment plan that supposed the replacement of every missing tooth with an implant and Zirconia prosthesis of an immaculate white shade but with a shape as close as possible to the natural one. At the end the patient declared himself very pleased with the result from all points of view.
