The patient, at the age of 20, came to the clinic after a trauma whhich affected no less than 5 teeth. The left upper lateral incisor was fractured at the gum level, the central incisors were almost half fractured and the other two concerned teeth were affected by superficial fractures at the incisal edge level. The challenge was even bigger considering that, because of the powerful trauma, the teeth were pushed towards the palate so the prostheses were an almost impossible option because there was not enough space to place them.

For a minimal dental sacrifice, for the right central incisor we decided to apply a porcelain ceramic so we managed to preserve the vital teeth. For the left central incisor we opted to place a full-ceramic crown and for the left lateral incisor we placed a platinum gold corono-radicular restoration and a Zirconia crown, the other affected teeth being restored with nanohybrid composite. The four upper incisors were practically restored through four different methods, being hard to match the final shades of the teeth. Our team stood up the challenge and the result was extraordinary, as the patient stated.
