Clinical case 5790
1 Dental implant, 1 zirconia crown on implant
The 18 year old patient came at the clinic with lateral incisor anodontia. The patient had a removable Kemeny denture and she wanted a fixed implant supported prosthesis. Because the tooth had never existed, the bone quantity of the adjacent area of the tooth was reduced. It has been decided to place a dental implant on the same phase with the bone augmentation and to place a temporary crown right after the insertion of the implant so the patient would leave with a fixed prosthesis right on the first stage of the treatment. An implant supported E-max crown has been made after three months which restored the patient’s long wanted smile.
