The patient, at the age of 28, a lawyer, came to our clinic because he observed the appearance of some decays under the restorations of the front and lateral incisors. Considering that the main characteristic of his job is to permanently be in touch with people, he asked us the best solution so that nobody would notice his teeth as being restored. We removed the old restorations and the carious tissue and placed the latest nanohybrid composite which provided a perfect aesthetic, the patient being very happy with the result.
