The patient, at the age of 28, came at Dental Progress Clinic because of aesthetic reasons. The case has been a challenge because the patient lives abroad and we had to compress the stages of the treatment as much as possible. Some of the lateral teeth had apical reactions. Although other colleagues would have extracted those teeth, we have chosen to save them with the aid of the latest endodontic treatments. For the patient’s joy, all the teeth have suffered endodontic treatments so no extraction was needed. The patient presented dento-alveolar incongruity and wanted very much to align her teeth without wearing braces. We have decided with the patient for 8 E-max crowns and 13 E-max veneers, this way being able to preserve the natural teeth. All has been performed in just 3 visits of the patient. The result was extraordinary, so she left with a Hollywood smile.

The case has been chosen for the Art & Fashion program, developed inside of the Dental Progress Clinic and, besides the dental treatment, it also implied an extreme makeover for a complete change of look. The patient was impressed by the result confessing that it exceeded her expectations and that it has changed not only her smile, but also her entire lifestyle.
